Not surprising since it is priced to sell at 10xx to 11xxpsf. La Fiesta sold out all one bedder on first day of sales at 12xxpsf to 13xxpsf. At 10xxpsf price tag for Riverbank, it is already at a discounted price of about 20% to 30%. So property guru who says price drop seems correct and as it is already happening. Some even advocate buyers do not wait and buy now despite the absd.....

...but is it really fair to directly compare La Fiesta and Riverbank? After you account for the convenience and earlier TOP, you might reach a different conclusion

Assuming his unit is facing in the direction of Punggol waterway, he may not be able to see it as there's a semi expressway that will cut across the river.

looks like low quantum OCR can still sell 2r 700sqft 700-800k is the sweet spot

Never underestimate the desire of HDB upgraders to live in condos. That location may not look ideal to you, but it's certainly appealing to many HDB dwellers, especially those who live in newer flats that are usually further away from mrt or lrt.

Anyone knows when the highway is going to be built? What about the park connector on the condo side? Will the park connector be built by top? The current park connector is on the other side of the river will this remain or be demolished to make way for the new highway? Many thanks
