    Not forgetting part of the river view is a big semi expressway along the opposite bank of the river.

    actually it is only small portion has river view. The semi-expressway is on the same side as the development.

    Actually LTA/URA should reconsider building the semi expressway somewhere else. Cutting across the river like that is just ruining the tranquility of the whole area.

    Maybe the semi expressway should start from sengkang west way instead as it will provide much need shade for the rivirside park. Alternatively, it could run parallel to sungei punggol.

    Actually the other new condo by Fraser centrepoint ltd, beside H2O, is also beside the river and futher away from semi expressway.
    Riverbank plot is drawn just beside the semi expressway. Maybe for this project 2nd floor can sell more than mid floors cos below the noise. Haha

    Looking at the C1c 3 bedder unit, UOL looks like copying FE verdana concept. The kitchen and the living room together. It has good size bedrooms even the common room, it is small but still allows for queen size bed. Don't like the slanted wall at the dry kitchen area. Why can't they make it more rectangle and have cabinet built into that area for storage space.

    Also, the AC ledge should be move to beside bathroom 2. It is so unsightly that it is just outside the windows of the 2 common room. Also, the small balcony in the masterroom could be removed or design in as part of the masterroom space.

    The long entrance is also a waste of space.

    I also do not fancy this layout for same reasons + washing machine in the balcony.

    The c1c is designed for extendable kitchen/alfresco dining, you'd be surprised that there are people who love this concept!

    Default Comparison of the 2 New Fernvale Condos Launching February 2014

    Pricing for Riverbank condo has just come out! Must say it is looking rather attractive - close to the pricing for Inflora that sold out so quickly.




    Will Rivertrees Residences next door launch even lower? Well, Rivertrees has only given a rough indication for pricing so far, but based on that, above is a preliminary chart to compare the 2.

    Will be interesting to see what the detailed Rivertrees pricing will be like, whether there will be changes.

    Most units in rivertrees have better unblocked facing though. Its either river view or international school view. So fareast might not launch at lower pricing.

    For riverbank is face hdb or face each other. Do note that there is a petrol station next to riverbank as well.
