    - plot of land next to CWT is out for tender
    - SERs replacement flats will be behind CWT and this new plot
    - alex canal will separate
    - based solely on the site plan, CWT units will be facing the SERs flats, seems the new plot *might* be a better positioned
    - will be interesting to see who and at what price the new plot it tendered

    was told that the CWT 3B have interesting toilet and MBR configs. access to the common toilet via one of the bedrooms?

    Has any buyer received developer call for 10% payment. I was told by my agent that this would happen in Q1-2015 but still haven't heard from them.

    Nope, I have not either but by referring to the current construction, it is up to ground level already.

    There are last 6 units of 1-bedroom going at $7xxk and super value buy 2-bedroom from $1,5xx psf in Commonwealth Towers now.

    Be it that you are buying for own stay or investment, this is the project you can venture into.

    the building looks good atleast. Well is the booking open? and why are you promoting it here, cant you just post ads on the Road or train stations, or van station or at least if you are building such a good building, you can also post in newspaper or at least post on online property listing websites.
    I will look for some where brokers will not come but customers directly.

    With so many projects launching up ahead, my money is on Kent Ridge Hill Residences its located near the MRT, good rental ability and has a huge future transformation going for it.


    If we bother to read up and gain knowledge for ourselves, we can easily sieve out the good properties from the bad. Don't be like those "wannabe investors" and just blindly buy.
