A 99-year private housing site in Sims Drive has attracted four bids at a state tender that closed on Tuesday.
The top bid, from Guocoland unit First Changi Development, was S$530.891 milion. This translates to S$687.88 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). The second highest bid, translating to S$650.45 psf ppr, was made by a City Developments, Hong Leong Holdings and TID joint venture.
In third place was a consortium comprising Far East Organization, Frasers Centrepoint and Sekisui House, which offered S$580.19 psf ppr.
Sim Lian Land placed the lowest bid, at S$461.27 psf ppr.
