    how many of u actually went to the showroom n make an offer for unsold units?
    any successful story to share?

    i did. not successful. believe my offer way too low. asking for 7% discount onthe selli g price.

    i made an offer through the agent, not successful..... they rather firm on the prices. That was 4 months ago though.
