If it crashed then why not crash now?

Tell me? Don't insult, tell clear answers with facts. Or give your own personal opinion with intelligence.
Fundamentals are much stronger this time round as the govt has learnt from past mistakes by diversifying the economy.
Also those crashes in the past are due to multiple crisis which results in high unemployment rate. Unemployment rate goes up, property prices go down. Unemployment rate goes down, property prices go up. This is the simplest way to explain the complexity of economic.

this time will not crash, due to higher demand and stronger holding power, contributed by the following differences:
    - foreigner elligibility
    - massive enbloc
    - expat influx
    - stronger currency
    - low motgage rate
    - development cost
    - most importantly, singapore image and future development.
    - etc

    I couldn't have agreed more.
Sellers are holding tight as the rentals are still good. Cannot sell at their target price, simply rent out and weather this period of uncertainties.

What control are you talking about ? Do you think that the government will put regulations in place to kill the IRs when they are the ones who wanted the IRs ?
I think it will be the opposite. Once the IRs are up and ready, the government will lax more regulations to attract foreigners to invest and set up businesses locally. IRs do not evolve alone. There are lots of businesses that will intertwin with IRs.

"Hospitality refers to the relationship process between a guest and a host, and it also refers to the act or practice of being hospitable, that is, the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers, with liberality and goodwill. Hospitality frequently refers to the hospitality industry jobs for hotels, restaurants, casinos, catering, resorts, clubs and any other service position that deals with tourists."

    Hahahahahaha...you guys are hilarious.

Public hospital service really sucks. But private hospital service really damned good. Service tag along with $$$$$$. Show your $$$$$ upfront and you will be well treated. Sad to say that it's life.

    Think you are wrong.
Singapore is trying to be like Switzerland. Any tom, dick and harry from whatever backgrounds can deposit money there and yet their identities are protected aggressively. Singapore is definitely doing a very excellent job on this because a lot of nations are complaining that Singapore is a good place for money laundering.... : ))

Then why don't you set up a tour agency and let your tourists reside in hospitals instead of hotel since hospitality and food are better ?
