Later the whole stretch of highrise condo behind the Seabreeze is going to be enbloc.More unsightly.

    >>>I was about to find out more on wireless broadband that Sim Lian is providing.
    >>>Asked the management office this afternoon abt the wireless internet access. It was launched today and each household can get the access password and username from the management office.

Sim Lian providing wireless internet access.... not sure if they will do the same for small project.

Breeze by the East selling from 855per sq ft.I see great potential for the Bleu! Our location is more secluded and tranquil although just one minute drive away.If MP 2008 reveal no plans for the forest behind so called 'subject to detailed planning' then we can rejoice for the next 5 to 10 years. To get this kind of piece you need to buy Botannika in D.10 or D.21 in Upper Bukit Timah area or certain Holland condos which are at least 2 to 3 times the price we paid for the Bleu.

So does that mean Bleu is also around the price range of $800 per sq ft since Breeze is asking $855 per sqft? Is anyone selling Bleu? Looking for one myself.

I doubt any owner would want to let go at 855 psf. They are talking about immediate rental on TOP this year.Breeze TOP in 2011!Maybe 855 psf plus 3 years rental(3 to 4 k per month=+- 130k).Ask yourself if you are an owner would you let go at 855 psf?

    Think Think Think.

    Transaction or caveat lodged?

Caveat can be for a transaction done 1 year ago.

Caveat usually done by the bank for the mortgage of the ppty you borrowed.Transaction is the price you paid to the buyer. Therefore caveat could be for transaction sometime back.

When URA site stating the caveat done on april 08 you mean its actual transaction date is sometime back? That doesn't make sense. The date stated should be the caveat transaction date shouldn't it.

There are many many many instances where caveats were lodged 1 or 2 years later.

All units are fully sold 1 year ago at bet 500-600psf. This 800psf sales is a recent transaction.

Are you an agent or what? You sounds like those agents who wanted to reap up a profit...

In fact 800psf is still consider high for the current market.
