    For example, if the MA didn't inform BCA with 30 days of appointment of the MC, the Regulation says a fine of up to S$3K could happen to the MC members. (Each of them).

    1) Does anyone know any cases for such conviction;
    2) Will MA be the one to pay damages or MC members will need to pay;
    3) How about the S$1M Error and Omission Insurance, does it cover such incidents;
    4) Can MC engage lawyers to recover any fines from BCA from MA? Any winning cases?

    You should look up the Agreement with the MA. It should cover the damages for such errors. In any case, if the delay in submission was due to MA's failure, the MC could appeal to BCA and I am sure they will consider and perhaps replace the fine with a warning for 1st time.
