Based on the 2014 URA Master Plan, there will no longer be a bus interchange or integrated development. It is now classified as "residential".

Went to the site today and the construction is well in progress. the south most blocks are being painted.

rest little change la! The construction work now is the facilities and the south-east corner block. The other blocks are having interior work, we cannot see.

I heard from the agent that after MCST is formed, the maintenance fees may drop a little? does anyone have any views and opinions on this? another question, do you all know where can we get the dimension or the floor plan that comes with size specification for Jewel?

Yep..i noticed that also...i feel maybe 2016 Q2 should be ok?

If CDL keeps up to it's pace perhaps we may see it TOP earlier prob end Q2 or Q3. But usually towards the last 10% pace will drop.. And depends if there's any delay due to BCA inspection...
