D10 is big lah bro! D10 also consist of the stretch of River Valley Road, which are the ones that help to pull up the rent for D10 in general. D10 can be as far as the more 'ulu' dunearn road there leh.
Likewise, the D08 that is more likely being pulled up by rentals at Mackenzie there rather than Rangoon Road there.
