    Looks cheap for an integrated development, if there is no LTV/ABSD limitation, will have bought 1 to keep.

    I think the pricing is valid for the lower floors like 5-7???
    Sqm of the units are smaller so prices seems easier for the wallet.

    If I missed 9R, I would buy NPR.
    If I win Toto on Monday. Group 1. Also will buy. Lol
