The launch of Northpark Residences over the weekend draw strong response from potential buyers at an average of $1,350psf. Phase 1 Release units almost all taken up.
The Catch for northpark residences is the Integration with Northpoint Shopping Centre and Yishun MRT Station that separate it from its peer condo over at Yishun. Northpark Residences is actually the 6th integrated development in Singapore. The last 1 was at Bedok Residences and Watertown @ Punggol.
Last weekend also saw another launch over at Botanique at Bartley with average prices of $1,300psf, with 3 minutes walk to Bartley MRT and one mrt stop to NEX Shopping mall. Botanique provide the touch of "botanique" with its lush greenery landscaping surround the condo itself and also top quality finishes and branded electrical appliances from whirlpool and Smeg for the kitchen appliances.
Both got its pros and cons. If you willing to spend about $1,300psf, which will you buy? Integrated development at Yishun or Luxury living at Botanique?
