    Default MY TENANT NEEDS TO LEAVE SINGAPORE AFTER MOVED-IN FOR ONE MONTH

    Oh dear, my tenant has a job offer in US and need to relocate despite moving in to my apt less than 1 month. What should I do? Lease is for 2 years. Jialat...now not easy to find tenant somemore...........

    You can ask for compensation if you have an agreement contract with them.

    Thanks arcachon. Someone mentioned just give up the 2-months deposit and run road.. How to make sure tenant fulfill his obligation...? If he really secretly run road, what is my recourse?

    You have to look at the rate of return to take action. Most just take the two months deposit.

    For me I just put the unit on the market asap.
