    How does it work?
Everyone is entitled for one vote, the index is calculated by:
the percentage of bulls - percentage of bears
(Please vote even if you are neutral because it will change the overall percentage scores).

    Historical Data

Time Frame, First Timer Index, General Index
    Q1 2014, -16, -34
    Q2 2014, +44, -43
    Q3 2014, -8, -19
    Q4 2014, +17, +12
    Q1 2015, +23, +7
    Q2 2015, +39, +17
    Q3 2015, ??, +54

The property price is heading a down trend, but when will it be a good time to enter? ... wait at least to let the next financial crisis to pass .. or until 2020?

Thanks for voting - even when you are neutral, it will affect the overall index.

Good time to buy is when you have do your sum.

    2006 I have 100k + in my bank.

    5 room MOP 390k

    2 Bedroom @ Southbank 535K

    CPF 100K

With God blessing, Southbank TOP value at 1550K

Money in the Bank can only let you buy more when they keep printing more.

Want to know how much they printing, just look at how much they issue the Singapore Saving Bond, HDB Bond, SGS Bond and many other Bond.

LKY once say "To put food on the table, farming is not the answer, making money is the answer."

The Art of printing money is not using paper and ink but something that use nothing they call it Bond.

Any time will always be a good time to buy. Just for which segment of the market only...

you won't get crazy capital appreciation, like what happened in 2006-2011.

but a frantic crash in the sg pty market is not going to happen.

the gov has set in 8 rounds of cooling measures, so that bubbling of the pty prices would be curbed, and it has worked.

from here on, the new normal would be about 400k - 600k for a shoebox / 1BR apt in the OCR / RCR areas.

SGD is going to be one of the strongest currency in the world. Even if the growth in property price is limited, being able to leverage and earning in SGD is a sound long term strategy.
