Default Banks are starting to revise their package already

Just one week after 3M SIBOR show signs of going up, banks are revising their package and the popular DBS FHR package is revising again, likelihood a higher spread from the 1.1%.
    Stanchart also making changes.
Will update this space again when I have more information.

Good news for FHR holders, FHR should not be as volatile as sibor as DBS just announced their new rates at 1.5 + FHR being the spread, a stark increase from 1.1.

If outstanding still high, it's time for refinancing.
Recommend UOB fixed rate 2 years 1.68%.
This is the best available fixed rate in the market, should be pulling out by next week.
DBS just pulled out their 1.1 + FHR rate, today last order. 😕

What is UOB rate after the fixed 2 years then? Any clawback?
DBS current FHR rate - how much is it?

    Thereafter board rate 2.28%

Dbs current fhr is still the same at 0.4%.
It's only the spread increasing again.

So the board rate 2.28% is fixed or with additional 2.28%+x = yyy%?

Board rate has never, and never will be fixed.
It's only the discount for board rate that's fixed.
Assuming board rate to be 4.5% now, the discount will be 2.22% which gives you 2.28%.
If board rate increase till 5% by then, it will.be 5% less 2.22% which gives you 2.78% being the interest rate.

    3M sibor 1%
    3M SOR 1.4%

Sibor will be going up soon as well in this case.

Just wanted say that I contacted MortgageGuru recently with a view to refinancing my loan. He was very prompt, and got me an offer from the bank in no time.

I eventually went for another bank for unrelated reasons, but just wanted to share my experience.

Stanchart just came up with 1.98% for 2 years fixed, prior to that they're only offering sibor +0.88% throughout.
Still UOB offering best at 1.68% 2 years fixed currently.
