    DíLotus is a freehold apartment project located at Lorong Ampas. It is a development comprises 83 units. Completed in 2008, the property is within 300m from Shaw Plaza and eateries along Balestier Road. Schools nearby include Hong Wen School, Curtin Singapore and Global Indian International School.

    The latest comparable transaction was in May this year when an 807 sq ft unit changed hands for $950,000 or $1,177 psf. In November 2014, another 807 sq ft unit was sold for a similar $1,177 psf.

    This is so Balestier and is more tham 1.1 km away from Novena MRT station, going to Toa Payoh MRT station is 0.8 km, not to mentioned you hv to cross the PIE overhead bridge and very noisy highway. You hv to be at least not more than 500 m away from Novena MRT station to be called Novena. Novena is much more exclusive and having the both end of Novena and Balestier, try Irrawaddy and Shan road, is a much better location, very serene yet all within 500 m walking access to all malls, shops and stores of Novena/Balestier.
