    Has anyone gone to the launch ?

    i am told the mosque is still there, and that the developer 'paid' the mosque to build over its 'airspace.

    With a wall, wrapping the mosque into part of the building on the ground floor ....

    is that true ?

    Unless its being compared to maybe Orchard Residences as both are LH99.

    the brisk sales could have triggered all this CCR buying.

    the appeal is for indonesians to buy so that they can go to paragon and the medical centres easily?

    also, i guess it will be very easy to rent out these units (nevermind if the rental yield is very low, point is, they just want to get some tenants easily).

    Just saw our private conversation in my Inbox 4 years ago, you even manage to find out which unit i bought in 2011 which is REALLY scary. LOL

    BTW since you were looking at landed 4-5years ago, did you manage to get the one you like?
    Landed prices went even more crazy after we bought it.

    Or rather i caused a lot of confusion....
    We almost gave up the 1% option after Govt announced the SSD measures in Jan 2011, 3 days after we gave the cheque.

    ok what, now that wannabe has brought up this discussion about old guys. i am really curious, for someone who kept posting so many postings, are you sure can just read and don't post? anyway, i didn't say anything bad about him. in fact, the forum had been quite quiet for years, about time for it to come alive again lol.

    heard that about 173 units (65% of total units) of cairnhill nine have been sold before the good friday weekend. only five 4 bedroom units left. penthouses fully sold.

    unsure of how many of 38 2-bedrooms and 63 2+guest are still available.
