Iirc... The developer has achieved a score of almost 90.. Think 89.5.. for workmanship under recent bca assessment. As compared to sim Lian which was given 72 for my friends project.. So I m confident of this developer.. Only grip is the color n design. Really hope my rants in my previous post is not misunderstood .

I think that's not a fair statement to make if you do not
    cite real examples.

Stratum priced very competitively at slightly below $900 psf for bigger units. For smaller units actually transact at avg of 1.2k+ psf. As you can see the smaller units are moving very slow.

Both Stratum and Vue8 developers are brothers. Stratum land cost bid at higher price than Vue8 with plot ratio of 1:4. Vue 8 larger units cost is higher than Stratum and therefore smaller units sell faster than Stratum. Furnishing wise I would think it is same standard since the brothers could get fr same supplier to enjoy better discounts.

Hi, could you share what this is about? Will the show units be showing existing 2 bedders? 3 bedders? or featuring completely new layout not shown in the booklet?

What will happen to the earlier buyers who have already purchased the units?

Huh ? No change in layout of existing units at all !

What I mean is the existing 5 bedroom show unit will probably be changed to one of a smaller unit or units

Nothing will happen to previous buyers...why would anyone think otherwise ?

hi there! Would like to ask you how many basement carparks is it for this project?

Does the entire project sit on top of the basement carpark or only partially sit on the carpark?
