    Katong Regency was launched at an insane price. Too bad. And the rental is kind of sucky there also.

    I mean someone paying 7 to 8k of installment + maintenance is renting out for 4k. Doesn't make sense at all. LOL.

    Well for me the property market went nuts after 2010. LOL
