    I love small developments which are more exclusive and serene. Most imptly is the view must be unblocked.

    if you can't afford landed then small developments are for you. they're normally situated near landed properties to give you a false sense of exclusivity and serenity but in actuality, money not enough!

    No matter how still better than u staying in HDB and sulking on others staying in private properties. Money not enough is better than no money at all!

    I just cant stand those who couldnt afford to savour the grapes and saying the grapes are sour. Stupidity can still be salvaged but arrogance and stubborness will result in failure. The one who doesn't see the light and continue to cast lame and negative comments here without solid facts and common sense will see the road to failure. Tats y the gap in wealth is always widening. These sulkers will always be the losers. And in 10 years time, they will still be sulking and regret on why they did not invest in Telok Kurau small devts bec they thought they were wise but in fact they were stubborn and arrogant.

    to be frank, this project is very close to the MRT. The estate is also very exclusive, quiet and serene.
