Default What happen if building is structurally unsafe

There are some condos in Singapore being built more than 40 years ago, for example People Park Complex and Golden Mile Complex.

Just curious what would happen to the condo owner/residences if government found the building structure has become not safe due to aging. Will gov vacant the building immediately? or take over the building and land and pay owners with standard market rate?

Well before that, BCA would have sent an order to MCST to make the repairs. They can even demand you to paint the building if they think it is too dirty. Singapore is safe.
