Review on Building & Project Management Degree course from SIM

Hi would like to discuss on this degree course from SIM. Anyone in this forum completed this course before? What is the job prospect like? Anyone care to share? Thanks in advance.

Good to have but not necessary to have to become Condo Manager.

Hi, this course is more for building construction. There is another course for facilities management.

My colleague study for a engineering degree but cannot be an engineer in the same company now still a technician. Study for something which give you a better return not just degree.

Do what you are good at and build on it. Jack never go to top University but he can go and teach them.

Every Singaporean can buy direct from HDB twice, BTO, EC.

Buying twice from HDB will move you forward faster than not having it.
