Agree that Brownstone EC has one of the best locations for an EC, cos it's the closest to an MRT station, and walking distance to shopping malls. But not many units left. The 3 bedroom premium only has one ground floor, and one 2nd floor unit, and both are close to the kiddy splash pool - noisy. Even the 4 bedders, not much choice. The biggest selection is for the 3 bedroom standard, mainly because for some reason, CDL decided to allocate the most number of stacks to this unit type.

So many units (638) in the estate but there is only 1 tennis court and 1 not large swimming pool? Looks like the facilities is for show (since so many residents but not enough facilities!)
