    i will implore buyer to consider carefully if you intend to buy this project Vue 8 by developer publiq Realty . when you buy, the S&P is worded with conditions that it's easily fulfilled. hence you will be forced to pay the balanced amount upon csc/legal completion.
    Flo residence is one of their project and they engage a low grade architect. During the sales, there is no mention who is the architect.. but ADDP Architects LLP is terrible.. they use all the lousy quality materials that things start to spoil within the first year.the MA they engage is related and MA is inexperienced. The building asethetic is lousy and it has little soft touch by the architect. A lot of stuff just don't pass the common sense test. the Architect is very important, yet buyer tends to miss out this point before signing on the dotted line. This developers will cut corners and the mgmt refused to meet the residents. Just assign a inexperience young girl to give standard answer when you raise any problem. the answer is 'As a developer, we have built in accordance to design and has complied  with Authorities requirement.' So my afvise is to trust reputable developer. The untested developer only gives you more anger and heartache
