    I was looking at this more than 10 years ago. I liked it very much.

    But it's not for HDB upgraders, they wouldn't "get" the point of this condo.

    True, there are landed owner who says Condo own wouldn't "get" the point.

    There is GCB owner also say Landed owner wouldn't "get" the point.

    All of them, in the end, go empty.

    this project would have been very cheap at the point when u were looking at it.

    Yeah man, sometimes it's like that. List the price feel shiok if can sell but too unrealistic prices.. Economy is not bad but people are not as 'mad' after the early 2000s craze caused rich investors to lose millions in a 'sure win Singapore environment'.. Times are good now, just that those prices People do much more due diligence now instead of 'dumping spare cash', even for wealthy people.

    Those were the days where the government lost control, now with 9 control measures in place and more to come price are depress below market value.

    Land cost is the main component that cause the increase in price, 100% over 7 years.

    the news had reported on foreigners' preference for newly completed projects like 8 saint thomas, new futura and south beach residences at this point while CCR en bloc beneficiaries had been buying resale replacement units within CCR. If foreign interest also start to look at resales, that will be when we will see resale prices picking up even more.
