    I was looking at this more than 10 years ago. I liked it very much.

    But it's not for HDB upgraders, they wouldn't "get" the point of this condo.

    True, there are landed owner who says Condo own wouldn't "get" the point.

    There is GCB owner also say Landed owner wouldn't "get" the point.

    All of them, in the end, go empty.

    this project would have been very cheap at the point when u were looking at it.

    Yeah man, sometimes it's like that. List the price feel shiok if can sell but too unrealistic prices.. Economy is not bad but people are not as 'mad' after the early 2000s craze caused rich investors to lose millions in a 'sure win Singapore environment'.. Times are good now, just that those prices People do much more due diligence now instead of 'dumping spare cash', even for wealthy people.
