I would like to find out if a condominium can run without council members and only MA. If so, who instructs the MA and how can MA make decisions. At the same time, if we would like to change the current MA without having a council, how can it be done.
Context being the condominium is about to have an AGM and there is unlikely to be willing volunteers for Council and we have no confidence in the current MA as well. Please advice!
