And Poiz was launched later and cheaper.

But if he hold long term and collect rent, why not. Can' t say it's a bad investment. rental should be good for s.r.

As for the Malacca property, uhh, m'sia property. with GRR. Good luck

    i am only curious

he set up SUITE HUT to help home owners SAVE ON AGENT FEEs...

he advertises on bla bla bla ...there is a cost involved..

so what does he make from this site ?

surely he must make some income from somewhere right ??

basically ... rob john to pay paul ...

only becos he is 29, he could have bought a resale HDB .... better yield... (after MOP)

not too bad lah considering the high prices in the last 10yrs...

    i owned my first ...
    LH condo at 30

    so he is good lah

If he ask me, this is what I will tell him.

Buy resale HDB first, then buy private.

At 29 still not marry, better to spend time look for girl.

Good article to get some young blood thinking. We need more youngsters like him to invest in properties to make SG market more vibrant in the future. For awhile, I was quite set that fewer and fewer youngsters do not buy into this proposition anymore.
