    Default Transformational Projects in Singapore

Lets take a look at some of the transformational PC projects in Singapore.

It has to fulfil some criteria which I felt are relevant for such unique private residential developments. They transformed the landscape with their unique design and usually sets the benchmark price for their area. These developments should hold its value better than most properties in their immediate vicinity.

Some of the iconic ones in the 70s
Golden Mile Complex (1973), one of the first mixed development in Singapore that is sea facing with offices and shops in one mega development
Pearl Bank Apartment (1976), one of the tallest condo in the downtown Chinatown area

More recently (in no particular order)

    The Sail
    Interlace
    MarinaOne
    SouthBeach
    Sky Habitat
    Duo Residences
    Tanjong Pagar Centre
    The Orchard Residences
    Eden Residences Capitol
    Reflections@Keppel Bay

    No kelong no guni.
    More kelong = more guni.

    Eden residences is quite underwhelming.
Marina One too, due to its lack of height compared with its surroundings.
