Most likely interest rate will be kept low. Raising Fed rate is no longer relevant now. Thats the reason why many countries are cutting interest rate even when the Fed are raising theirs.
US shares price is not the reflection of the strength of the economy. Its the reflection of their weakening currency. And yes indeed this makes Sg property a superior asset class over a long term period.
