Schooling-wise, both Singapore Chinese Girl's School, and Anglo-Chinese School are within the 1km circle of the Hyde condo location. But there is no MRT station within easy walking distance. The nearest station is at Newton, almost 1km away, which involves a walk of around 15 minutes, not very comfortable in hot and humid Singapore. But most people who live around here don't seem to mind, probably because they tend to drive.
