    Default The Gazania Condo Launch

There will be a couple of freehold launches coming up in the Bartley area soon, now that the Maisons and Quinn are pretty much sold out. Both are by the same developer, SingHaiyi. One is the Gazania condo at How Sun Drive, and the other is the Lilium condo at How Sun Road, just around the corner. Both are also freehold like the Maisons and Quinn previously, but the good news is that the Gazania is a lot nearer to an MRT station.

It is about 3 to 4 minutes walk from Bartley MRT station, whereas the Lilium is further away, around 8 to 9 minutes walk through a path between Bartley Residences and Botanique at Bartley. Both projects are also low-rise, about 5 storeys high. Pricing, however, is expected to be higher, as land costs have gone up a fair bit over the last few years since the Maisons were launched. The Gazania pricing could possibly be in the $2,000 to $2,100 PSF range, while the Lilium prices could be a tad lower than that.

Default Re: The Gazania Condo Launch

With Nyon having launched at an average of $2,400 PSF a couple of weeks back, and One Meyer selling almost 10 units at an even higher average of $2,600 PSF, it is looking like the Gazania could be launching at around $2,2xx PSF, while the Lilium may not be far behind either. The Gazania location is arguably better than than for 1953, but whether they can convince buyers to pay almost $300 PSF more for that is another matter.
