    Default Sumang Walk EC - probably the only new launch EC in 2019

    CDL Constellation (subsidiary of CDL) and TID Residential won the bid of an EC site in Sumang Walk in Punggol which fetched a whopping 17 bids at a state tender. Sumang Walk EC sits an area of 291,235 square feet (sq ft) and has a plot ratio of 3.0. With the top bid of S$509.37 million, it works out to a record to S$583 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
    Sumang Walk EC is probably the only EC launch in 2019.

    📌Anchorvale Site $576 psf ppr
    📌Canberra Site $558 psf ppr
    📌Sumang Site $583 psf ppr
    📌Tampines Site $578 psf ppr

    All these 4 upcoming new ECs will most likely to be priced >$1100 psf and above upon launch

    min. from 10xxpsf ba. average 11xx. <1000psf seems unlikely.

    I think some resale condo are under value.

    that's true but somehow many people prefer brand new, even if they are not undervalued.

    Hi i've been searching google for info regarding the upcoming Piermont Grand EC but not much info is out. Do you know when they will start to release more info?

    According to CDL:

    "The next launch will be Haus on Handy, a 188-unit condominium in prime District 9, a short walk from Plaza Singapura and
    Dhoby Ghaut MRT station – a three-line interchange station. The architecture will be cutting-edge and incorporates a unique

    So until Haus is launched, there may continue to be not much info about the EC. my own wild guess would be after Chinese Seventh Month, not before.
