CT and Taggers
1. All CTs must be at SF at 9.15am

2. 10am will be arrival of buyers that had place cheques with us. Refreshments will be provided.

3. 11am price release.

4. 11.15 mutiple unit purchase buyers will place interest on their choice unit.

5. 11.40am single unit purchase buyer will place their interest on choice unit.

6. 12pm SF will open for public.

Note For placement in the event that there is a clash of units, a ballot will be conducted.

Your buyer will be given a sticker to paste on their choice unit on a elevation chart. So if u see there is a strong clash of mutiple on a unit. Pls convince ur buyer to go for another unit.

For Retails booking fees of 5%+7%gst, you can issue in 1 cheque or 2 separate cheque.
