In short, his one small SouthBank unit proves how successful he is in property market.
He is the first one being Banned here.... RECORD setting.
There were actually many who were banned here. He is just one of the most prominent ones.
It’s a pity indeed. Some of his sharing were useful and insightful but the way it was communicated can offend some.
Nonetheless, I have seen some post while under so called banning, could be some concession for reflection.

Yes, I recall visiting this site more than 10 years ago when it was very active then.
It helped to influence some of my early decisions.
It was a pity that the CMs have sidelined so many, and it's hard to bring out good discussions in the fragmented market.
But it's tough being a regulator in this climate too. Land allocation is also very tough in a land scarce area.
