Saw this condo - the units are amazingly big, but the development itself is in shambles! management fee monthly is 550 cos small condo, there is no security guard, anyone can just drive in. the void deck area looks very run down and generally very grubby feeling outside the unit. they are renovating the pool, thats the only thing that is "maintained" for now.

question is - will you be able to change the condo management and get them to clean up and maintain the common areas better? or better to just look elsewhere? appreciate comments!
