Allgreen to start preview for Royalgreen on Oct 5

ALLGREEN Properties Limited - the real estate arm of the Kuok Group in Singapore - will start its preview for Royalgreen condominium on Saturday.

The 285-unit Royalgreen - a five-storey development over eight blocks - is a freehold development in the Bukit Timah residential enclave.

Prices start from S$1.7 million for two-bedroom units, S$1.8 million for two-bedroom premium units, S$2 million for two-bedroom plus study units, S$2.5 million for three-bedroom units and S$2.8 million for three-bedroom plus study units.

A total of 108 units will be released under Phase 1, which will open for booking on Oct 12. Buyers will get to enjoy a further 2 per cent early-bird discount for the Phase 1 units.

According to Allgreen, the development is a short walk to Sixth Avenue MRT station on the Downtown Line, and some of the schools nearby are Nanyang Girls' High, Methodist Girls' School (Primary and Secondary), National Junior College and Hwa Chong Institution.

Allgreen's chief executive officer Lee Yew Kwung said: "The modern design, extensive landscape facilities and efficient layouts will appeal to discerning buyers who enjoy the convenience of living in a mature estate in the prestigious prime District 10."

Royalgreen is the latest addition to Allgreen's portfolio. Among its completed residential developments are Yong An Park, Regency Park, Tiara, Queens, VIVA and SkySuites@Anson.

The company's other upcoming residential developments include Fourth Avenue Residences, Juniper Hill, as well as a site at Pasir Ris Central that will house a residential and retail development integrated with a bus interchange, a polyclinic and Town Plaza.

Allgreen's portfolio of mixed-use developments includes Great World City and Tanglin Mall & Hotel Jen Tanglin.
