    Which one will you go for, Option 1 (a 1.428M Villa Verde inter-terrace house plus 1.35M Hillview Residence) or Option 2 (a 2.7m inter-terrace house at Pavilion Park)?

    Basic information:

    Option 1:

    1. Inter-terrace house at Villa Verde
    Age: TOP on 2001
    Leasehold: 99-year lease hold since 1997
    Size: Land = 1615 sqt; built-in = 3000 sqt; 5 bed rooms
    Valuation: 1.5M

    2. Condo unit at Hillview Residence
    Age: TOP on 2001
    Leasehold: 999-year lease hold since 1825
    Size: 1249 sqt, 3 bed rooms
    Valuation: 1.35M

    Option 2: Inter-terrace house at Pavilion Park
    Age: about 18 years old
    Leasehold: Freehold
    Size: Land = 1615 sqt; built-in = 3000 sqt; 5 bed rooms
    Valuation: 2.7M

    Note: No Additional Buyer Stamp Duty involved.

    if u only need to stay in 1 property, u can choose option 1 as the 2nd property would be an investment property, especially when no ABSD involved.
