All units of Luxus Hills' final phase sold

Developer Bukit Sembawang Estates had offered limited release of final phase through private previews

BUKIT Sembawang Estates has sold all its units at the Luxus Hills (Contemporary Collection), the final phase of its 999-year leasehold landed development in Seletar Hills.

The real estate developer said that it has set a new benchmark for pricing, with the average price for inter-terraces at S$3.35 million, or S$2,070 per square foot based on the land area of the smallest unit.

Five-bedroom units span land sizes ranging from 150 to 566 square metres (sq m), with a built-up area of 344 to 560 sq m. The homes also include a private lift, parking space for two vehicles as well as smart home features.

On Feb 21, Bukit Sembawang announced it had sold nearly two-thirds of homes for the final phase, with 25 out of 39 units taken up following private previews.

The 39 houses in the Contemporary Collection consists of 30 inter-terraces, six corner terraces, a pair of semi-detached homes and one villa.

The developer had offered a limited release of the final phase through private previews. It added at the time that "strong interest" came from many buyers who had earlier expressed interest in the previous phase of development - Luxus Hills (Signature Collection) in 2019.

In its latest announcement on Feb 29, Bukit Sembawang said it will now focus on the upcoming launch of 99-year homes at Nim Road.

Shares in Bukit Sembawang closed at S$4.50 on Monday, up S$0.02 or 0.5 per cent.
