    Default Carpark Lots allocation

I stay in an old condo where there are more than enough lots for residents to have 2 or 3 parking lots which means ample parking lots.

Is it possible to request from MA to provide extra parking lots for households who have more than 2 cars?

I have approached MA and been told each unit is entitled to only 2 lots. So a 750sqft unit is entitled to 2 lots, then why would a 3200sqft be entitled to only 2 lots while having to bear most of the maintainence charges ?

If carpark lots are limited , then I would understand proper allocation of lots for each resident. However to leave the lots all empty I would think its a waste of space and resources where some residents are paying more to upkeep.

Is it possible to approach MA and state this?
