Hi everyone,

I'm planning to get a condo unit in D9 in the near future. This is my first time investing in this district (I hail from D15), and it has come to my attention that there are several subzones including Paterson/ River Valley/ Leonie Hill/ Oxley etc... Ardmore/ Claymore (these are D10? I think?)

Can someone please enlighten me on the pros and cons of each subzone? I do have a pretty tight budget and will need to consider many factors before purchase. I want to make sure that it is $ well spent.

I have also been looking around Newton/ Novena (D11), but I find that these areas pale in comparison to D9 Orchard. Any opinions?
