    regarding the estimation of TOP date ...anyone know?

    so far it's so quiet from developer

    can't really remember ,Think is 1-2 level higher.
    some units (#01-05, 02-05, 03-05) facing MS car pk is really near to it.
    and the units(#01-05, 01-06) beside the infinity pool is like a pathway(3m) gap in between

    Yup. That's why the higher floors are better. The two units beside the pool have not been sold, I believe. Can Richard update us?

    Currently only Foundation and Reinforced concrete frameworks 100% complete. the rest is still ongoing.
    my guess is TOP earliest, 1st Q 12.
    otherwise 2nd Q as indicated by Developer. LOL

    I remembered they'd started to build ...in early 2009
    if the progressive payment is 40% to date.
    seems rather slow compare with other dev

    I think those projects with the better track developers enjoy faster TOP especially the developer-contractor companies

    Confirmed. The tennis court is 2 level higher than the pool.

    Interested in a 3br unit in stack 2. Is this a good stack? Facing? I am concerned about noise if it faces the CTE.

    Not bad. South facing and only morning sun.
    High floor unit's (above 22) view is the new sports centre at Kallang
    Glimsp of sea view and ships too when I was at the top floor (25th storey) of the hdb point block (that's equivalent to Beacon heights' 21st storey)

    Thanks for your replies. Am a bit nervous given the economic situation. Also, units are selling at $1100 to $1200 psf, which are slightly overpriced imo. I think I will wait and see if it can drop to $1000 psf.

    Hi Snowman, you are right about the economic situation. I do encourage you to adopt a wait and see attitude. But perhaps you can wait for the new condos in this estate, like Riveria 38, Bendemeer condo, and Regent Residences that will be on sale soon. You will have a better gauge by then.

    Thanks for your advice. By the way, the 3 condos that you quoted - all have not launched yet? Where is the Bendemeer condo you refer to?
