Comparable condos like 26 Newton (7 sold) and Suites Newton (29 sold) over the past 6-8 months. Not doing that great for MM condos, esp 26 Newton at 7 out of 180.

For these MMs in Newton, once it hits above 2300-2400pfs, Orchard area may have better options. But right now just too many MMs in these areas and with high prices.
