'Condom' is down liao, just few days ago. I pass by almost every day to work so I know.
I was also considering one of the units there, 592sf asking 510k so it's still decent. Plus Lor M near to East Coast main road not like Lor J right smack in middle far from anywhere.
However, my concern is the developer Bravo who just lost lots of money last year in failed en-bloc transactions. Incidentally same developer who going to build Lenox. Ricchezza completed - phew - but better check on the quality of finishing and workmanship just to be sure before you plonk down offer.
thought the price is quite decent too, comparing with similar offerings nearby. But dunno what are they building with the big plot of land next to it... is this Bravo known for poor quality workmanship? think they are also teh ones behind Naturalis.
Ya.... the fact that nothing is happening @ Naturalis site is worrying... and Lenox site was empty for a longggggggg time before they decide to launch.
Just make sure you try to go in to check out the finishing and workmanship and satisfy yourself that worthwhile to invest then can liao.

For Lenox, its from Bravo. For Lenox site left empty for a long time, I believed that its a wise decision afterall. It advertised about $500k for a 463 sqft unit. Its a price whereby no one will buy half a yr ago.
Anyway, whether it lose a lot of $$$ or if its workmanship very bad, I got no idea.
tuckster, let us know if you do go in to check out ... I have sunk my $$$ into 2 others and no more for Ricchezza liao haha...
