Looking at the building is fantastic.... ***y form on the exterior.

Looking from the inside, not so good.... huge column in middle of room

Solution:- buy a development opposite it, with view of it

Agree most if not all have columns in the master room. Is this the sole reasons why sales is slow apart from the location? Actually keen to know any upside potential. Actually this is considered 2m dollar view.

I am sitting on the cable car and overlooking the 360 degree view. I din know actually the view in this part of sg can be this nice. U cannot see hdb and only sea view / sky view and casino view . When the cable car passed the high way below, it was damn noisy. I am at least 12 sty above high way. Hence reaffirm my purchase not to near main road or highway in future.

Recommend u try to get on the cable car and see for yourself. $23 u have to part for 20 min ride 2 way.

Not now, but I guess the floor plan is least attractive that's way sales quiet sluggish besides the high price for 99LH.

Now when I see the curves, they remind me of the office buildings in Japan swaying during the recent earthquakes, and they are just beside the coast somemore...

U cannot be very sure when the developer nor the authority is not saying anything. It depends on how responsible the developer is OR how vigilant the authority is

Why you so sure when the govt doesn't even stipulate the requirement for that? You think the developers too rich no where to spend money is it?

By the way, that Serangoon Hotel that collapsed is supposed to be certified safe and fit for use when they TOP but it collapsed! What more do you expect from developers to add such extremely expensive feature as anti-quake when the law doesn't even dictate that they need to do so?

I feel that interlace, dleedon, reflections all under priced.... These three projects are one of the few world class design, with lush and expansive space... Quite sure buyers will appreciate it when it's completed.... I feel singapore buyers are not exposed enough... We want the usual CDL, FEO mass market project that they churn out.... Too used the the square plot with tennis court on one side, club house in the middle, swimming pool and entrance...

Location bro. Interlace is just like bukit merah/clementi but no MRT. How high you want interlace to go?

D'Leedon is like any farrer road/little india condo. Reflection is not bad and location is much better than Interlace/D'Leedon. But the price is already like 1.8 to 2k psf? So how high you want reflection, D4, to go?

world class design on the outside. Screwed up on the inside.

Huge column in reflections, funny shaped rooms in leedon and some of interlace....

Better off buying units opposite these "icons", better to have view icons rather than views from icons
