    Does anyone have sales information on this development yet? Please do not confuse this new launch with the existing Teresa Ville condominium though they are next to each other!

    Just went to view the show flat. 8 units cluster detached units. Priced beside $3.8m to $4.8. Sizes from 5000sq ft to 7000+sq ft.

    Recession was a april fools joke. tommorow everything back

    to normal, relax everyone. MBS2 tommorow launching at

    $5000psf, all new hdb units will be sold at $1000psf.

    Everyone rejoice.

    Who are you kidding? Try telling all those poor retail minibond investors that it was a joke. The credit crunch is here to linger and domino down the industry built on debt. Until the dust settles, property is going to take a big hit as people panic and flip. I'm sorry but if you are an agent, you should had saved your acorns last year for the long winter.

    Let us not comment on the price; let the free market decide on the worth of the product.

    The sizes of these bungalows are big in comparison to its neighbour just across the street. These houses are linked by a lap pool that links the houses together; you either love or hate it when your neighbour swims across your living room. The ceiling height of each floor is high by any standards that gives you an airy feel while keeping the room temperature comfortable. The finishing is top notch if those in the showroom is an indication and the interior layout is tastefully conceived.

    How can we check the financial status of the developer, Royal Oak?
