What is the montyly maintenance fee for a one bedder unit?
My investor friend bought 5 units at one go during launch. Sold off 3 when TOP. Think make at least 200k nett per unit I guess. Now trying to rent out the other 2 at 2.5k a month. So far, no takers. He keep two smallest ones (3xx sf). I haven't been to the units yet but according to him, the bedroom size is alright. Pretty much similar to other bedroom in the market now. Just that the living room is pathetic but still, at his purchase price, easily 6% yield even at 2.3k rental. For those who bought at 700k, good luck.

Just checked today's ST advertisements.
The highest asking has come down to S$2.8k now.
There is one joker with 24 units, only asking for S$2.xk
Let's see how long the queue can be cleared.
Thanks,
Richard
my friend just bought a penthouse the for 2 bedder at 1.38million . ---890sqf
Rental not as good as expected. My friend rented out his 344 sq ft at 2.3k. 7.1% yield. First buyer. Prices went up almost 80% since launch. But his unit is one of the smallest so not fair to gauge.

The price at launch is attractive. I mean, 450k for a 409 sq ft 1+1. Sound alright to me. Now 850k, of course is ridiculous.

Those are the Jacuzzi in the 'spa pods'. They use potted plants on the ground floor??? So cheap skate. No wonder maintenance only 80 bucks.
