Timing might be key difference. Parc Imperial was completed earlier before the euro crisis, while there were still rental demand. Yes, it was sub prime but govts were bailing out here and there....
Now the govts are reaching their limits liao.... EU expats stop coming to singapore some more...
Probably Alexis has good or even better potential compared to Parc Imperial, but the timing is really bad now....

Oh but for investors, I think Fission projects are very good value for money. I owned one of their projects the maintenance only $140.... damn cheap... got pool and gym and bbq and mechanical carpark somemore...
Timing wise the downside risk is very low for Alexis considering the initial low quantum purchase price for 1st owners. Assuming firesale rental at 2k p.m,owners can still breakeven even if interest rates shoot up 3% @ 20% down-payment. Rental wise, from the rental contracts for the last few months it is been holding quite strong and there is still a uptrend
Will probably update once there is confirm rental transactions to see how much this MM can really command
During alexis launch the whole market was saying price will crash further, many were waiting & watched the boat row pass.
