I believe developer is only managing expectations by quoting July. I am on progressive payments and they have already collected money for the last stage before TOP. Drove past yesterday and they are only doing exterior paint touch ups and the surrounding walkways at the back are all done.

Look like you already vested like I do. Mine is on Defer. Is it they will call you to pay once TOP to 95% of sale price.

It you got your TOP letter soon to pay up, can tell us on this forum.

    Thank you for sharing.

Sneaked into the compounds today through the back gate. The pools are filled and the waterfall running. One of the ground floor units' interior is not completed yet though.

The barriers at the entrance is also up.

Unless you injured yourself, they will not have time to bother with you.

Not impressed with the pics. The units look too close to each other & the pool is just next to the apartments. Not much space as i see it. Its the same as Varsity Park. Low rise but too near each other.

That is fine. I know what I paid for. I did not want one of those huge developments with eight or nine pools nor can i afford a bangalow with my own private pool.

    Beggars can't be choosers.

    Hello Neighbour,
I think is still cheap (7XX psf)for a Good Location near MRT, Hill and Sea. Most important IR is 10 minutes drive away.
My unit is facing the outside can see Kent Ridge Hill and Sea after the highway.
FreeHold is a addon for a almost hill top development

Went there again today. More trees, the waterfall is running again and workers are cleaning the interiors of the units.

Your eyes need some surgery. At one look, its another HDB, the most EC. And the units are so tightly packed together like sardine. I am sure owners need those total block roller blinds to keep yr neighbour's eyes from rooming inside yr unit.

Agree that the units are so close to each other. If you look carefully there's hardly any space for a green patch of grass. There's insufficient plantings to provide shielding against curious eyes. They should have planted more trees & reduce the area of paving. Better to look at trees & plants than closing the blinds to deter prying eyes.
