    Went down for a site visit today. It is located in the middle of nowhere. Only good point is it's tranquil neighborhood. You need to be very rich to own 2 cars in order for your family to move around easily. But if you are very rich type, then you will go for bigger property already. So for the slightly rich folks....your family will have a hard time going out to anywhere.

    Parking for friends/relatives/guests will also pose a problem. The pricing for such location too steep in current downturn. Developer will have a hard time selling units this project.

    Buy two cheap cars to move around lor. Save the money on a Beemer and buy two Civics?

    wah lau really in the middle of nowhere and 2bedroom is so small! Pricing not worth.

    Ya i'm buying for homestay so my considerations are really simple. If i see anything i like and within budget I'll buy it. I just started searching anyway, so I'm still see-see look-look and not allow agents to do their usual high pressure tactics to get me to buy or tell me cock and bull story. Plus, i'll do my own research as well.

    Unfortunately i can't buy HDB, or else it'll be my first consideration. I prefer to have money for travel and my hobbies. :/
